Evaporators upto 10m3/day of Reject

Evaporator is the final and most expensive operation in achieving ZERO liquid discharge.  It is expensive in capital cost and in operating cost.  Hence it is very important to have reliable and cost effective Evaporator.  Most of the Evaporator do not work mainly because of corrosion and also scaling.  Besides these two aspects in conventional evaporator we have to add Crystillizers and Centrifuge.  All the three equipments are combined in one in our evaporator.  The dry salt in the evaporator is shown in the picture.  we need the proof is required.  You can see dry salts at the end of ZERO liquid discharge.  This evaporator as been working for the last 1 year.
